Return Policy

Refunds or replacement for defective or damaged goods will be made only where SleepEquip have been notified by telephone or email detailing the nature of defect or damage. All claims will be subject to verification of the defect or damage by Sleep Equip or the product manufacturer and will be subject to the manafacturers warranty conditions. Upon return of the defective or damaged goods to Sleep Equip verification Sleep Equip will at it’s discretion repair or replace the product.

Non defective goods may be returned and a refund will be given where such goods are returned to SleepEquip or it’s agents at the purchasers expense, unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
